📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the coordination and management of daily operations activities.
  • Support the operations team in maintaining and updating operational records and documents.
  • Assist in the planning and scheduling of operational activities.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Monitor and report on operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
