With your extensive experience in civil engineering, you will be responsible for site supervision, quality control, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
• Perform quality control checks and ensure all work meets industry standards
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure construction plans are feasible and practical
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and site staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site supervision
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
• Valid professional engineering license or certification
• Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with construction management software such as Primavera or MS Project
