Bit Fast Lestari is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our fleet management operations and help ensure the smooth and efficient running of our vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet coordination and a passion for driving operational excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of fleet operations to ensure optimal vehicle utilization and efficiency.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing to prevent breakdowns and extend vehicle lifespan.,Coordinate with drivers and service providers to address any issues or concerns related to fleet vehicles.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, including fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle usage.,Assist in the implementation of fleet safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.,Support the Fleet Coordinator in developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and service providers.,Participate in fleet performance reviews and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic regulations and safety standards.
