📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Operator in managing store inventory and ensuring stock levels are maintained.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.,Assist in the preparation and organization of merchandise for display.,Support the Store Operator in implementing store policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.,Participate in store maintenance and improvement activities.,Assist in the organization of sales promotions and special events.,Support the Store Operator in training and developing new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
