📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution of products to ensure timely and efficient delivery.,Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability.,Plan and optimize delivery routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to distribution.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to distribution.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support their initiatives.,Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics management principles.,Proficient in using distribution management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards related to distribution.
