You'll leverage tools like SAP Ariba and Excel for data analysis and reporting, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality products.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement cost-efficient procurement strategies to support the company's operational needs.
Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships to secure competitive pricing and quality products.
Coordinate with internal teams to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Monitor and analyze procurement data using tools like SAP Ariba and Excel to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to procurement.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all procurement activities.
Participate in budget planning and forecasting activities to support the company's financial objectives.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve procurement processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management.
Proficient in using procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Oracle, or similar.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
