📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement family communication programs tailored to the needs of individual families.
• Facilitate workshops and group sessions to teach families effective communication techniques.
• Provide one-on-one counseling to help families resolve conflicts and improve their communication skills.
• Create and distribute educational materials, such as brochures, handouts, and online resources, to support family communication.
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists and social workers, to provide comprehensive family support services.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of families participating in the programs to ensure the effectiveness of the interventions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in family communication and counseling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families, referring partners, and other stakeholders to foster a supportive network.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Family Communication, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in family communication, counseling, or a related field.
• Certification in Family Communication or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of communication theories, techniques, and strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with families and other professionals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
