📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts receivable and payable processes using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Process and reconcile daily transactions accurately.
• Manage vendor payments and ensure timely issuance.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the finance team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax documents.
• Handle customer invoicing and payment follow-ups.
• Support the finance team in audits and financial reviews.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and payable.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is a plus.
