📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Maintain and clean the office space and common areas.
  • Manage and order office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repair services.
  • Organize and schedule office events and meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle guest and visitor management.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documents related to general affairs.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in General Affairs or related roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with office management software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
