📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department.,Developing and implementing departmental strategies to achieve organizational goals.,Leading and motivating a team of employees to ensure high performance.,Managing departmental budgets and ensuring financial efficiency.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.,Identifying and addressing departmental challenges and opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects.,Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of relevant software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
