Nest Zone Dinamis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Lead Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring that we attract, recruit, and hire the best talent for our organization. This is a full-time position based in Bandung, Jawa Barat, with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and direction.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that we are attracting the right candidates.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, as well as with external recruiters and staffing agencies.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure that we are meeting our hiring goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
