As an MEP Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in our high-profile projects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the installation and maintenance of MEP systems in high-end construction projects.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Manage and mentor a team of MEP technicians and support staff.
Ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the MEP industry.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project progress and compliance.
Participate in project meetings and provide technical advice as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP supervision, with a strong background in luxury hospitality or commercial projects.
Proven experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and AutoCAD.
Certifications in relevant MEP disciplines, such as LEED or other green building certifications, are a plus.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bali.
Ability to travel frequently to project sites.
