ORACLE Cemerlang is looking for a dedicated Inventory Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records, and supporting our operations team with timely and accurate information. This is a remote position, offering flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update inventory records in the company's inventory management system.,Conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy of records.,Process and manage purchase orders and invoices.,Monitor inventory levels and generate reports on stock status.,Work with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate information is available for production and shipping.,Assist in the implementation of new inventory management processes and procedures.,Provide support to the warehouse team in the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory.,Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely receipt of new inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,1-3 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) or KITAS (if applicable).

🛠️ Keahlian

Inventory management software (e.g.SAPOracleor similar).Basic computer skills (e.g.Microsoft OfficeGoogle Workspace).Attention to detail and accuracy.Problem-solving and decision-making skills.Time management and prioritization skills.Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
