📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.,Coordinate with team members to address production issues and implement solutions.,Maintain and improve production processes to enhance productivity and quality.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections.,Provide training and support to production team members.,Monitor and report on production performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with production management software and tools.,Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality.,Ability to travel to the company's main office in Nusa Dua when required.
