📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong network of customers and potential customers in the region.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.,Negotiate and close sales contracts with customers, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing customers, addressing their needs and concerns.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and services.,Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to achieve sales targets and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the recycling or environmental industry.,Strong understanding of the lithium-ion battery recycling industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively is a must.
