📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the secure parking facility, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Monitor and enforce security protocols to ensure the safety of customers and their vehicles.
  • Manage and supervise parking attendants and other staff members.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service and support.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the parking facility to identify and address any maintenance or security issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of parking transactions and facility usage.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the parking facility.
  • Enforce parking rules and regulations to maintain a safe and orderly environment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security or parking supervision role.
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with parking management software and systems.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
