📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage business analysis projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to high quality standards.,Gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring they are clearly understood and documented.,Develop and maintain business process models, ensuring they accurately reflect current and future business needs.,Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.,Create and maintain business cases, including cost-benefit analysis, to support decision-making.,Work with IT teams to ensure that business requirements are translated into technical solutions.,Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and issues, and proposing mitigation strategies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and digital transformation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record in leading and managing projects.,Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.,Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.,Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and propose solutions to complex business problems.,Familiarity with digital transformation and automation concepts and technologies is a plus.
