STATS ChipPAC is seeking a talented and experienced Senior/Staff Engineer, Process Quality to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our manufacturing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.,If you are passionate about process quality and have a proven track record in a similar role, we encourage you to apply. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.,Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends, defects, and areas for improvement.,Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and reduce waste.,Train and mentor team members on quality standards and best practices.,Maintain and update quality documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and control plans.,Ensure compliance with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, and other relevant standards.,Participate in process validation and qualification activities to ensure product quality and consistency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a process quality or quality assurance role in the manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, and relevant standards.,Proven experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Minitab, JMP, or similar.,Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control techniques in the semiconductor or electronics industry is a plus.,Ability to travel as needed for process validation, audits, and other business requirements.
