📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain concrete batching plants to ensure efficient and accurate production of high-quality concrete.
• Monitor and control the mixing process to maintain consistent concrete quality and workability.
• Conduct regular quality checks and tests to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Prepare and maintain detailed production reports and records for quality assurance and regulatory purposes.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely delivery of concrete to construction sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to concrete production and quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in concrete batching operations, preferably in the precast industry.
• Proven track record of producing high-quality concrete with excellent consistency.
• Strong understanding of concrete mixing, batching, and quality control processes.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ASTM and ACI standards.
• Certification in concrete technology or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using concrete batching plant software and equipment.
