Cemerlang Finance is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Sragen. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about managing and coordinating fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a proven track record in coordinating fleet activities.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, driver management, and route planning. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that all fleet activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, driver management, and route planning.,Ensure that all fleet vehicles are in good condition and meet safety standards.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure that they are aware of their routes and any specific instructions.,Monitor fuel consumption and ensure that vehicles are refueled as needed.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Work closely with the management team to identify areas for improvement in fleet operations.,Ensure that all fleet activities comply with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Proven track record in managing and coordinating fleet operations.,Strong knowledge of logistics and fleet management software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
