📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring that they are well-maintained and operated efficiently,Monitor and track vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure that vehicles are ready for use and that maintenance issues are addressed promptly,Ensure that vehicles are compliant with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operating costs,Provide training and support to drivers and other staff members as needed,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet-related activities,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that fleet needs are met and that operations run smoothly

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Valid driver's license and clean driving record,Familiarity with relevant safety and regulatory requirements
