Duta Yoga Restaurant is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are in good condition and available for use. This role is a hybrid position, requiring both office and field work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance and repairs.,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption to ensure cost efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure safe and timely delivery of goods or services.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations and insurance requirements.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles or equipment when necessary.,Provide support to the operations team in the planning and execution of logistics.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
