📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Manage and mentor a team of operational managers and supervisors.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.,Lead and coordinate operational projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
