📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Conduct needs assessments and training evaluations to ensure programs meet organizational goals.,Develop and deliver training materials, including workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand training needs and provide tailored solutions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs to ensure continuous improvement.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and training software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
