🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.,Proven track record of success in managing operational staff and improving business processes.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
