📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.,Source and screen potential candidates for various job openings.,Conduct job interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to attract top talent.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
