📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high-quality food and service standards are maintained.,Manage inventory and food costs to optimize profitability.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations is a plus.,Understanding of health and safety regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
