📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Manage and build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to improve performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales operations.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
