📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and professionalism.
• Manage and update reservations using PMS software.
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
• Assist in organizing and promoting special events and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with resort policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high standards of hospitality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk or hospitality roles.
• Proven experience in using PMS and CRM software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
