📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist the Operational Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating daily business activities.
- Support the development and implementation of operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze operational data using tools like Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support the implementation of quality control measures to ensure high standards of service.
- Assist in the preparation of operational reports and presentations.
- Provide administrative support to the Operational Manager as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Retail & Consumer Products industry.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.
