As a Healthcare Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex healthcare data to support our mission of improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency. You will work with a variety of data sources, including electronic health records, insurance claims, and wellness programs, using industry-standard tools like SQL, Tableau, and Python. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Power BI.

• Support strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare analytics or a related role.
• Proficient in SQL, Tableau, and Python.
• Certification in Healthcare Data Analytics or a related field is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
