📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems in data centers.
Lead and mentor installation teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project success.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
Ensure all installations meet regulatory requirements and safety standards.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and contractors.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance installation processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in installation supervision for electrical and mechanical systems.
Certification in electrical safety (e.g., NECA, OSHA) and mechanical systems (e.g., ASHRAE).
Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360 for project management and documentation.
Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and industry standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
